Booking a Gredos Centre Programme

All bookings are made directly with the Gredos Centre. We are an independent organization that will be able to adapt to your own specific circumstances. You talk directly to us without the middleman.

Once you have agreed your project, your first deposit (30 % of the final invoice) is should be paid 28 days after the time of booking, payable by bank transfer .

The deposit paid in respect of each course is accepted as a first instalment and is none refundable. Until the deposit is paid, the booking is treated as provisional and there is no certainty that a place can be held for more than 7 days after making a provisional booking.
Upon receipt of your signed fax deposit, we will send you confirmation of your booking with the complete pre arrival information of the Centre.

FINAL PAYMENT

The balance of the course fee will be issued 28 days prior to course commencement and is payable 10 days prior to course commencement. If payment is not received at this time, Gredos Centre reserves the right to cancel your reservation, in which case normal cancellation terms will apply. If you anticipate a delay in making your final payment, please inform the Centre.

CANCELLATIONS

If a student does not commence the Programme due to a medical or family emergency, we will require confirmation from the school and the individual deposit amount shall be refunded to the School, An additional invoice will be issued at the time of visit.
If a student cancellation is communicated less than 7 days prior to the date of your expected arrival we will keep the initial deposit paid for this student (30 % of overall cost per student as per invoice).

ADITIONAL STUDENTS INCORPORATIONS

Any additional students (not included in the original invoice) will be charged at the overall cost per student as per invoice. Payment should be made, either in cash, or by transfer, at the time of the visit. An additional invoice will be issued at the time of the visit.
